By accessing or using WhiteCodel's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
WhiteCodel provides AI, Mobile App, and Web Development services. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our services without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, any of our services are unavailable at any time or for any period.
We commit to delivering projects according to agreed-upon specifications and timelines. Any changes to project scope may result in adjusted timelines and costs, which will be communicated in advance.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables, except for any third-party materials and our proprietary tools used in the development process. WhiteCodel retains the right to display and link to your project as part of our portfolio and to write about the project for promotional purposes.
Payment schedules and methods will be outlined in individual project agreements. We reserve the right to pause work on projects with overdue payments. All invoices are due according to the terms specified in the project agreement.
WhiteCodel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
